METHODS OF SHIPPING & CHARGES

Delivery is done through Aramex , shipping charges are 3 USD. The term of delivery extends to be within one to four business days (*) from the date of order confirmation. During this period, the customers will be able to track their shipments through a policy number assigned to each parcel. (*) Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination to which you want the order shipped.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): An employee from Tirooutdoor or Aramex delivers the order to the customer who Pays After Delivery

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return the product within 1 day of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price minus the shipping or you can exchange the product you need to return with another product in the next time you order after informing us by calling our Customer Service Department on 70999413 or by sending an email at: service@tirooutdoor.com.
We ask that the product be unused, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order to ensure credit.
